Vincent Joudart… his hands speak for themselves #nowrenchneeded 😂this more than incredibly talented, very very hard working chef de cave is no doubt a self taught genius … every operation at his winery is exact, precise, super clean, very efficient & his systems & processes are perfect. There’s not one detail missed & mistakes don’t exist … the descriptions above are only part of the reasons for why his champagnes are so delicious, and it’s such an honor to represent him wholeheartedly.
the second part of working ‘vendange’ this past year was with our great producer @champagnejoudart in the southern village of Ferebrianges. Vincent is truly a perfectionist, he does nearly every step of the process himself, and mistakes are few and far between. From receiving the grapes, ‘charging the press’, cleaning the press, bourbage, assemblage, sanitation, etc….you name it, he does it. It was truly incredible to observe and try to help as much as possible without getting in the way too much. And a very hard working international team of ‘cutters’ were so kind, positive & super fun !!
