Working 2023 harvest at champagne.forget.chemin was such an incredible learning experience. The entire operation was so efficient, everybody knew their responsibility and had the best positive attitude needed to get all the necessary work complete in a very short and intensive time. The days were long and hard as expected, surely heightening now an even more higher appreciation for this wonderful beverage that we are so honored to represent. Thierry Forget, is an absolute mastermind, he oversees it all, making sure all 70 parcels from 11 villages are created into the most delicious champagnes available to us.
