Cépage: 5% Meunier, 5% Pinot noir and 90% Chardonnay
Dosage: 8g/L

Golden yellow with green highlights, topped by a fine, persistent ribbon of foam. The pastry-like nose offers cream biscuit, fresh pear and quince, bergamot, then white peach, black tea and lemon madeleines. The broad, creamy attack gives way to a rich vinosity balanced by delicate freshness, with yellow peach and marzipan sliding toward pineapple as the wine turns mineral and saline. The finish is long, saline and finely tangy, fading with serene elegance. Rich and pure, complex and graceful, the Spécial Club 2019 will delight any epicurean. Pair it with salmon gravlax, turbot in champagne, scallops Bercy or creamed poularde.
