

History of Sanchez Le Guédard
The Sanchez-Le Guédard family carries on the multi-generational know-how as grower-producers, respecting the Champagne tradition in their cellars. The 5-hectare vineyard is cultivated with passion and environmental consciousness, employing practices such as plowing and grassing. Since 2012, their vineyard has been inspired by organic viticulture and has been certified organic since 2016.

SPECIAL CLUB 2014 ‘CLOS ST. HELENE’

Cépage: 100 % Pinot Noir of ‘Le Clos ST Hélène‘

The 2014 Special Club “Clos St. Helene” from Sanchez Le Guedard is an exceptional Pinot Noir champagne with a 5g/L dosage, made from grapes grown in a single vineyard plot in Cumières. It undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged on lees for at least 5 years, resulting in rich and complex flavors. The riddling and disgorgement are carried out by hand to ensure quality. This cuvée represents the excellence of Sanchez Le Guedard’s craftsmanship and promises an unforgettable champagne experience.
BLANC 2 NOIRS

Cépage: 60 % Pinot Noir, 40 % Meunier (Reserve 30% – 2016, 70% – 2017)
Dosage: 8g/L
Sanchez Le Guedard’s “Blanc 2 Noirs” champagne is an exceptional cuvée made with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Meunier grapes. The reserve wine is a blend of 30% 2016 and 70% 2017 vintages, resulting in a perfect balance with a 6g/L dosage. Vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh expression of the Damery terroir. After malolactic fermentation, the champagne ages for a minimum of 2 years on lees, with manual riddling and disgorgement. A dosage of 8g/L is added during disgorgement for further balance. This champagne showcases the artistry of Sanchez Le Guedard and promises a delightful tasting experience.
MES 3 TERROIRS

Cépage: 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay
Dosage: 6g/L
Sanchez Le Guedard’s “Mes 3 Terroirs” Champagne is a special cuvée made with 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, with a dosage of 6g/L. The blend is composed of Pinot Noir and Meunier vinified in stainless steel tanks and Chardonnay vinified in Burgundy demi-muids. Grapes come from three different terroirs, bringing complexity to the cuvée.
Malolactic fermentation adds roundness and complexity, and the champagne ages on lees for 3 years. Manual riddling is carried out, and a dosage of 6g/L is added at disgorgement. This champagne showcases the winemaker’s expertise and promises an unforgettable tasting experience.
CUVÉE ‘MON ROSÉ DE SAIGNÉE’

Cépage: 100% Pinot Noir
Dosage: 7g/L
Sanchez Le Guedard’s “Mon Rosé de Saignée” Champagne is a Pinot Noir cuvée with a 7g/L dosage, offering a delicate balance between freshness and structure. The blend is 100% destemmed Pinot Noir with a maceration of 24 to 28 hours. Grapes come from the Damery terroir, and malolactic fermentation adds roundness and complexity.
The champagne ages on lees for a minimum of 2 years and is manually riddled. A dosage of 7g/L is added at disgorgement, resulting in a refined expression of the winemaker’s expertise and an unforgettable tasting experience for lovers of quality rosé champagne.
