History of Fresnet-Juillet

The history of Maison Fresnet-Juillet dates back to 1954 when Gerard Fresnet, the father of the current owner, decided to create his own champagne bottles. He rehabilitated an old family cellar in Verzy and dug caves to store the bottles. Maison Fresnet-Juillet is a family business that combines tradition and modernity to produce quality champagnes, respecting the ripening cycles of each grape variety and paying close attention to details during harvest, vinification, and aging.
